When
we introduced the idea of racing lists we had hopes of it
catching on, but at the same time we had our doubts.
Needless to say it has in fact become very popular, and
understandably so. It's a very efficient way to ensure
everyone has the same tracks, as well as a means of maximizing
the immense variety of this game. Having said that, I'd
like to make mention of two guys who've come up with lists of
their own: Adoob &
ONaN.
ONaN's
list can be found at his site
nicely packaged up and ready to download. Since Adoob
didn't have his posted on a site, I took the liberty of making a
page much like
the ones we use for our other track lists.
About
the consolidated zip listed at the top of the page - it only
contains 23 tracks; not the entire 71 tracks you see on the
list. The reasons are threefold:
• We run 48 of the 71
tracks on his list, hence uploading
the entire lists would result in massive redundancy. It's
the same rationale we employed for the Vintage list.
• There are a number of
people who already have our
lists, so I figured this method is less painful for them.
• Finally, for those who
only want this list, the tracks are
now consolidated on one page and linked. Prior to
today one would have to research the pod name and
download the track.
Lastly,
if you DO have our track
lists you can download this
ini. The ini listed on Adoob's track list page contains 5
ZooN tracks. Our J-C list has the ZooN Paks, so I edited
this particular .ini accordingly.
There
are lots of great tracks out here to race, and the best part is
with this system you're bound to find more than a handful of
tracks you like - sort of along the lines of "there's
something for everyone" kind of thing, ya know!
If you have questions or if you find a bad link on any of our
pages, please let me know. I'll get your questions
answered (or direct you to someone who can) and any bad links
fixed pronto. Thanks for tuning in, and we'll see ya on
the tracks!
